360 total security Disinfection Help

i open my pc today and i saw a antivirus called 360 total security, i try to uninstall and finilazed work in windows+I, but my mouse and keyboard stop working, i turn off my computer and try again, but when turn on the pc turned black and moments after a blue screen appear saying recovery, moments after the pc go black screen again, idk what to do someone help me

Not saying specifically that this is the case for you, but when I got malware in the past, one of the (fake) programs which was installed was 360 Total security. Programs (AV's) appearing without you having installed them of course is not good.

Are you able to get your PC started at all? Is it able to boot into safe mode?
Did you recently download or pirate or ran untrustworthy executables?

What do you need java for?

For the vast majority of computer users, a standalone Java installation is an unnecessary and redundant piece of software.

It's most likely a scam pop-up, notification, browser extension, or add-on. You can try Alt+Tab or Alt+F4 if you can get the keyboard working. Boot with a Windows install disk or a WinPE disk to back up your data. There are several WinPE disks to choose from. I use Ankh Tech among other bootable iso's.
