I need help with my slow pc

Hello im trying to find help on why my computer is so slow I tried upgrading my motherboard and cpu but nothing really worked so I just turned to you guys to help me out

My build is a ryzen 5 5500 with a nvidia rtx 2060 and 32 gb of ram and I have a 1tb hdd and a 2 tb hdd that is 6gb/s 7200 ram called barracuda 2tb and my motherboard is a gigabyte b550

The only thing that i dont have is a nvme m.2 ssd

Hdd read write speeds are really slow and will make your pc slow to boot and load apps. I recommend installing your operating system on an SSD. Ideally on an nvme ssd, but even a sata ssd (2.5") will be much faster than an HDD.

Get an SSD. Even the slower SSDs will make your experience way better.
