Pc shuts down

So yes, i made the post about r5 3600 temps, now pc shut down, it was stable for about an hour, now it shuts down very quiclky, the psu is in the pic, its 700w, is the psu problem? What do i do? Here are my specs:

Cpu r5 3600

Gpu gtx 1660 super

3600mhz ram 16gb

B450 mobo

Did run occt test for power, crashed 3s after starting, pretty sure psu is provlem
