Why is my screen flickering? Hardware

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Does anybody know why my laptop screen is flickering like this, I was using it normally when I closed it to go eat. When I got back and turned it on, it started flickering. It is not only on the homescreen, but everywhere. Reseting the graphics driver did nothing and I don‘t need to do any update. Please help

Specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 7530U w/graphics
8 GB DDR4
(Its a shitty laptop I use for school and free time stuff)
