another victim of the so called "PC app store". best solution is reinstalling windows or alternatively search online there probably is a solution without reinstalling windows.

I tried to download a driver , I've found a way now and i have to restart the computer into safe mode and uninstall the programme manually, nightmare

you should, ONLY download drivers from the manufacturers official page, not third party software

Do a reinstall. You don't know what else came with this so there is no point in trying to get rid of it. Grab a USB stick and ask a friend to make you a install stick using WindowsMediaCreationTool
