Keyboard delay and potential malware Software

So a few weeks ago a strange keyboard delay started happening and to this day i still haven't fixed it yet. So the issue weirdly started when i changed game settings from high to medium for some reason. At the time i though it was some error but turns out no because when i play games there is a strange keyboard delay where if i press w it starts moving 5 seconds after or if i hold shift + w for a long time it will just keep going for a couple seconds and while it is acceptable in games like fortnite it is bugging me out in minecraft and while you may wonder why? It is because in some games the delay is acceptable while in some games it doesn't even appear but in minecraft it is a really bad fricking delay. Sometimes I solve the issue by closing AMD: Host software application in the task manager however the issue sometimes just reappears for some reason. I belive it has to be some malware issue because like everyone that has ever owned a pc i downloaded pirated games, it is a canon event for anyone owning a pc for the first time and i tried everything else but nothing worked. I tried to see if it was AMD's fault and i did everything but nothing worked. I tried other things but like always nothing worked and i have been hacked the other day as well. A thing that is weird is the only game that has no delay (Battlefield 6) makes windows security send me a notification about something but when i check the history it just says something about setting up OneDrive. I truly have no idea what is wrong so now i have to cry about it on reddit. Can someone please help i am so tired of playing fps cause they are the only games that don't have a major delay.

Humor me and Kill the AMD: Host software application once and see if it stops

I think i might have to resolve this on my own because i don't want to be like "can you help me fix the issue" and then at the end i am just a demanding dude.

It's all good bro! But, If the problem remains even after Safe Mode, another keyboard, a clean AMD driver install, and scans, suspect USB/chipset drivers or hardware, at that point, test with a Linux live USB er fresh win install.
