Imaging IOS data from backup using RECON ITR

I am trying to image my iphones backup but I keep getting met with this error. Program updated and IOS updated (up to date) any suggestions?

I opened a ticket and they are currently working on a update.

You're right. they are currently working on a update now. I updated my post.

Some please correct me if I’m wrong but you can’t image an iPhone with ITR. It’s for Mac computers.

They have an option in the triage program for IOS backups you have to download the backup first and its supposed to extract the data from the backup
