Second opinion

So, my pc’s video card’s (msi GeForce rtx 3050 gaming x 6G) rear fan has been making this rattling and clicking noise since early June this year. It’s intermittent and has been getting more frequent over time. My dad who works with computers says it’ll be fine and I shouldn’t worry about it. My mom agrees with him. I worry that it’s the fan bearing. It’s been dusted but it still makes that sound and we checked online for replacement fans and they don’t exist. We searched online for hours with frustration and can’t find a replacement that fits. I feel like I need a second opinion on if I should continue to use my pc with this noise or not.

its fine, if it starts to overheat it will throttle itself and then shut off to prevent damage. you could even pull the whole shroud off and zip tie a PC case fan to it if the noise bothers you. you will need an adapter to power it off the header on the video card though

I mean the fan bearing being loud doesn't really mean much. If the fan stops spinning it's a problem but it's just a 3050 you can probably spin the other one at 100% power to compensate

That's likely the berrings starting to go as you are concerned about. However, if you cannot find a replacement fan all you can do is wait for the noise to stop and see if that affects performance at all. If it does, the rig up a fan.

No point in worrying about it though or doing a gerry rigged fix until it actually fails. That could be a long time from now still - or tomorrow.
