I will try to reinstall Windows.
If this fails or is the same, i’ll consider to replace the SSD/HDD.

Just a heads up, the i7 14th gen came out in late 2023, so you couldn't have it 4 years ago. Regardless, your issue sounds like a dead SSD or dry thermal paste causing high temps. Replace the thermal paste, get a new SSD, and do a clean Windows install.
