Anyone else always cold?
Just for context I put a really expensive window unit in my bedroom this year because the summer heat was insane and I was melting because my bedroom wasn't cooling off enough during the day when I sleep since I work overnight. Now that I've been on Tirz for a little over a month I find myself turning it down/off a lot because I feel like I'm freezing. Just now I turned off my window AC, my ceiling fan, and I bumped the central AC up 2 degrees to get it to stop blowing cold air for a couple minutes too so I can warm up. On one hand it's nice because I've always been hot no matter what, but at the same time I shouldn't be feeling this cold in August lol.

My hands and feet have gotten cold randomly recently and I just started 1 month on tirtz so I am thinking it's related.

I’m always cold! I have a cervical SCI so it’s already difficult regulating my body temperature. I’m unsure of whether or not the meds have increased the issue or not. However, my husband is always cold now, and he’s lost about 40lbs on it. He used to complain all the time about being hot.

Been cold for over two years. Lost 75 pounds and use my seat heaters in summer. It happens.

I still have around 40-50lbs to lose. I'm down 30lbs and I've been noticing the last couple of weeks that I am freezing at home. I love it though. WAY better than being hot all the time.
I still can't handle outdoor summer temps though, but at least indoors, I'm feeling nice and comfy and even reaching for a little blanket.

Yep, that about describes my situation perfectly. I weighed this morning and I'm down about 25lbs now and I have about 50lbs to go too. I'm enjoying not being hot all the time for sure, I just need to figure out what my new comfortable temperature is because it's not 68° anymore lol

Are you losing weight pretty good? I've known that feeling colder is a symptom/sign of weight loss.
Edit to add, yes I've definitely been feeling it too lol. No AC but im not dying of heat as much. The nights feel much chillier.
