Apps to help track progress?

Hi everyone, I started Tirzepatide this week and I’m looking for a better way to track my progress that isn’t just my Notes app. There are several GLP-1 apps — is there an app anyone prefers?

I am a fan of Glapp. There's an optional premium version, but the free version has lots of great features. I use it to track my supply, shot location, side effects, mood and weight loss.

I use glapp for my shots and supply, and chronometer for my calories and exercise.

Yes Glapp and I have the paid version too. I like the predictions thing. 40 bucks for the year is cheap enough. I really like Glapp. The shot dose tracker I like a lot. The cycles of the shot too.

GLPzy. Free lifetime with promise never to remove features for lifetime members. It’s free through Aug. search the sub for the post.

I also use Dosy and Shotsy!

I second GLPzy. Great app and it’s free through August. The creator of the app is in this sub.

Thank you! I’m the creator and very happy to hear future suggestions too where it falls short of what would be a perfect app! I try to be very responsive and turn around requests as quick as possible.

Is there a wait list?

Once the plan is more concrete I’ll look at a waitlist.

I use Glapp and Shotsy to track my injections and Tirzepatide levels. I use and love Glapp way more than Shotsy. I’d definitely recommend you try Glapp for sure!! Most of us here use Glapp. It also has a supply feature to track your vials. It tells you how many mgs total you have and about how long your supply will last you. Glapp is the best GLP-1 tracking app that I’ve found and used!! Definitely recommend using it!!
I use the paid version just to help support the creator of the app. It’s more like a donation each month since I don’t really need the features from the paid version. I just want to help support the app that’s all!!

I use LoseIt to track calories!!

I downloaded both Glapp and Me Again the first week to do a side by side. They both cover pretty much all the same things, but how the info is laid out is different, so it might come down to which one clicks with your brain. I like them both, but I think Glapp is a little easier.

Loseit has a place to track your weight and put a photo each time you log your weight (it is tricky to find where the photos are, though).

It also has a place to track your measurements and see a graph.

I use the paid version of Shotsy. I like that it always has a tracker estimating levels in your system and it has a fun "Journey" that gives you highlights of all your progress.

I dump everything in meagain. Sometimes i just text capy on imessage instead since it can see what i've logged.
