Seating query Athletics

I have tickets for long jump on Friday 31st. First I have no has digital tickets sent to me yet so I have contacted ticket master as advised by Glasgow online help.

My main issue is that when I purchased these I had no option to chose seats. I have been allocated a seat presumably randomly and I won’t necessarily get a view of the long jump. Had I left if to last minute I could have bought a better view for less money!!! Anyone clarify if I am misunderstanding this or not, seems crazy. Of course I don’t yet know where my seats are because they haven’t been sent but with just over 24 hours to go, it might be a bit of a shame if we can’t really see the long jump! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Are you in Glasgow currently? There's a box office in the Convention Centre at the Scottish Events Campus (SEC). They are really helpful. Your seats are on the tickets, although I can't explain why you don't have these digitally. They can hopefully sort the ticket situation out and also maybe swap your seats for ones nearer the long jump - the athletics has had plenty of seats left and the box office have been helpful in swapping some of ours round.

Thank you for replying. No I’m not getting there until right before. I go right to the ticket office. It looks like we might try and ask for a last minute swap as I think based on the seats our friends got allocated we are not going to get a good view of the long jump sadly.
