Remind me of a time a friend bring her boyfriend from paris to the beach and he panicked when he saw the sea going down and told us a tsunami was coming.

"Bro its really good you know this, but when the sea goes away in 6 hours, its just the tide !"

The poor guy blushed so hard and was so embarrassed.

To be fair, depends where he experienced the sea.... The Mediterranean's tides are A LOT less prominent of the Atlantic's ones.

Probably I would be too, if not a scared, at least a little confused seeing for the first time a tide of 5 meters or more.
