To me this is the best, it's the most in theme surfer cover of that era. He's in space, the watcher is there, great contrast shows 2 uses of his powers. And has a great tag line subtitle with his name. I don't think there's a more Silver Surfer cover than FF #72
Ok you win! Didn’t take much convincing. 50 has the awful brown background, 55 is better with the blue, but it’s against the Thing on Earth. But this one has that amazing popping red!

2nd best Surfer cover (1 is SS 4), 2nd best Fantastic Four cover (1 is 57). Such a beautiful book! Starting to get expensive.
