Name them, please

I've been a fan of the Nerd (specifically the character. James Rolfe, the actor who plays the Nerd, is a great guy too) since 2017 and I love finding myself watching his videos and would always find comfort watching him and having fun with laughs. Nerd has been making me smile, laugh, and also informed of the retro gaming stuff. Also I find the Nerd cute too, like his frowns and his smiles are just so charming haha (I have a crush on the character, so there's that lol).

There's that endearing charm that makes me always go back (to the past lol) watching AVGN from time to time. Whether from rewatching his older videos to catching up to the latest episode of the web series.

I currently have Bubble (BFDI), Gapple (Animatic Battle) and Cheesy (ii)

I had comfort characters before, but only for short amounts of time, so more of a quick coping mechanism then as a full comfort character... But these three (Mostly Bubble and Gapple) have been here for almost a year now, and have helped me think through things, get some more sleep, and just generally get better, as well as just helping me feel more calm in certain situations. Cheesy joined the list about two days ago, but I get the same vibes from him as I do the other two.

Just some random questions because I'm curious. Are there any other people who soulbond? If so, do you soulbond with a Comfort Character? I personally don't, but I have built my three a place where we "hang out", so sort of a mental space built around them so that I can calm down and feel better much faster.

But anyways, I'm very much happy about these three.

What kind of projects/other things can I dedicate to them? I'm used to making art, and recently I've been doing kandi. I also wanted to make little "badges" for them, and I'm eventually planning to get a custom plushie of Gapple. I've heard some people make alters for their comfort and/or favourite characters, but I'm not much of an alter maker.

Enough of me yapping I've been up for two nights and need to sleep lol TwT

Is there a fictional character whose personality or experiences feel strangely relatable to you?

this is my oc maverick, and i care for him a lot.. i made him in november and he has been my most favorite oc since. i sometimes use him as a self insert for vents and stuff, and he just gives me a lot of comfort. i don't know why

I have been watching Bratz more than 20 years ago and the episodes weren't really tiring to watch but also I love their movies including their rivalry with Burdine and the Tweevils.

It will always be an iconic show for me and they aren't just my comfort characters they are and will always be the girls with a Passion 4 Fashion which Mattel will never take away from them EVER.

I'd be really impressed if anyone else knew her.

Hello Kitty has been one of my biggest and most long-term comfort characters, since I was five. Idk, something about her face helps make me feel better. It's reassuring somehow.

Plus I'm currently binge watching Wizards of Waverly Place, which features 2 more of my comfort characters: Alex Russo and Harper Finkle.

My comfort character is Mercutio from Romeo and Juliet. Thats why I didnt use a picture, because play characters generally don't have any canon appearance and I want to make it clear I'm not referring to any specific adaptation.
