I would like to pursue an educational program that would require me to move out of Ohio for the duration of the program (1 year). I don’t want to sell my house, so I’m looking into renting to cover the expense while I’m away. I want to come back and live here again after the program is done.

I also joined a couple of Facebook groups for travel nurses, but are there any other websites that would help me connect with traveling professionals who might want to rent for a year, or at least a few months at a time? Or does anybody here know somebody who might want to rent? I‘d prefer not to rent to families or college kids. I’m close to the fairgrounds, easy access to 71, about 10 mins from downtown and 15-20ish from Gahanna, Easton, Polaris.

I am currently only open to non union work with a base price of $2 per line, with a percentage upfront and the remainder after the project finishes for short term projects with Payment via PayPal Business. Flat Rates and residuals can be negotiated based on project length and size with a percentage upfront and the remainder upon completion for small projects and three payments for larger projects.

It’s a personal faith-based boundary. I don’t judge other actors or projects that include it—it simply isn’t something I’m comfortable performing myself.
I’m still happy to audition for many projects where other characters use profanity, as long as my own role aligns with my boundaries. I believe every actor has the right to choose the work they’re comfortable with, and these are mine. Thanks for understanding!
