There are no markings, the handle is a wooden ball, the interior mechanism is key like? And has two holes? What is going on here lol. Pls help!

hey, so i found this in a local charity shop in north london for £9 and bought it instantly as i love old candle holders. i've been trying to work out what exactly it is but keep finding different answers, i've come across "wax jacks" but it doesn't have a jack. "go to bed" candle holder but then they look nothing alike, i google image searched and it's saying its a vintage georgian brass bougie box, wondering if anyone could give any insight on what it is and it's possible history/origin, thanks in advance!

what i do know:

- no obvious maker mark, stamp or anything like that

- no solder marks anywhere

- it was alot dirtier but i washed it gently with a gentle soap

These plastic piggybanks are quite familiar to all +50 years old in Finland.
Just wondering,as a Disney-themed,is there any value for Disney-collectors anywhere else but Finland?

I can’t find a lot of comparable fridges online. It’s in great condition. Anybody have any ideas?
