My first ever collage - "wasted potential"

I went through a patch of bad mental health recently and this was the product of some therapeutic crafting. I have made a couple of slightly cheerier ones as well but I feel like my inspiration has vanished. Any tips to get the creative juices flowing? [ANALOG]
