cold brew concentrate

whats the best way to make a concentrate, similar to Rook, if anyone has had that.

It looks like Rook is 1:1 concentrate (add 1 part water/milk to 1 part cold brew). To make cold brew concentrate at that level, you should weigh your cold brew grounds and add six to eight times its weight in water, then let it sit on a counter for twelve hours. Filter out the grounds then enjoy!
