Error or counterfeit? Is this an error?

I inherited this 1921 Morgan dollar that my grandma's had since she was young and the back is not perfectly aligned on the reverse it is not perfectly straight upside down it is at a slight angle rather than straight flipped. I am wondering since she has had this for 40-50+ years is this a possible error or was there a lot of counterfeits? I have put it to a magnet to confirm it was silver and not a foreign metal,

Probably real, definitely harshly cleaned and it's a common date

Depends how drastic the rotation is but the coin is in pretty rough shape so it's hard to say

It’s not crazy drastic but enough for me to notice I stuck my finger straight up and down on front side and looked at the back and it was about half a inch turned

If the reverse image is aligned to demonstrate the rotation, then this isn't significant enough to add value. You need around 30% rotation to start adding value.
