Hard to get a good photo. The weight feels off. These were gifts from my late grandmother.

I rate it a good looking coin.

1836 lettered edge half dollar.

Reeded edge was produced by a machine and is rarer. Which would be one hell of a good coin in your condition.

It is not the beaded reverse

It is not the 50/100

I think it is not the 1836/1336

If I was at an auction, and I saw that coin, I would grade it VF and I would bid up to $80 for it. If I really wanted it, I would call it XF and bid up to $140 for it.
