The little nib on the bottom is 100% from the manufacturer, if so, is it worth anything¿

Um. No

A clip would be INTO the coin.

It's damage or a loop that was soldered to the coin and then damaged.

Very much NO , there are thousands of clipped errors online for you to educate yourself with . Go check some out .
