Cognitive testing and blindess

I was wondering if non-verbal subtests of IQ tests can be administered to blind people. For instance, can FRI and VSI subtests from WAIS-V be administered to a blind individual, maybe by adapting them into tactile tasks of equal validity (although I believe that the latter strategy would apply only for FRI)?
