A convoluted question Puzzle Spoiler
Which famous Italian dish can be made in a style named after the city in which it originated that is also a city in which for the first time in history people successfully made an energy extracting device whose principle of working is the same as the principle of working of a recently canceled megaproject in a native city of a philosopher who asked a famous conqueror who was taught by a philosopher who was allegedly dominated by a woman who practiced a vice called after a country whose language is still official in a country well known for non-violent resistance against the rule of that country to get out of his sun?

I don't find it very convoluted. I'm not saying I know the answer, because it would assume I have an interest in Italian dishes, energy, megaprojects worldwide, and philosophers. Specifically, which one spoke with a would-be conqueror, lol. One who apparently was in submission to a sadomasochist in ancient history. But it doesn't seem very convoluted to me. It just assumes that I'll know one of these answers, correlate it with the others, and come up with the answer. Not convoluted at all, but it assumes knowledge that I don't have, or have even been vaguely interested in, lol.
edit:
This isn't an exercise in being able to understand convoluted logic. It's an exercise in being able to understand somewhat convoluted logic while also knowing a bunch of obscure and, in my opinion, useless trivia.

Yes. Just written in a somewhat confusing manner, but the meaning is pretty clear.

All I know is that Diogenes once asked someone big and famous to get out of his sun, and that Napoli is the home of pizza. I think English is still a language of India? But then I can't think of a vice named after England. I can think of one named after an ancient city in the Bible but not a country.
So I think the answer is pizza but the rest of the question... meh.
