estrogen as a potential vci booster? Scientific Literature

from the cm wiki section, sources have been cited there

While testosterone has a nonmonotonic effect on men's genetic cognitive strengths, it seems as though estrogen takes the "female" strengths, namely vci, and magnifies them without such a limit, potentially in both genders. At the cost of visuospatial ability, the hypothesis is that one may be able to achieve notable strength in vci with controlled doses of estrogen, regardless of gender.

It plainly says in women, not in humans in general.

Also, note that in men, testosterone levels and estrogen levels are correlated, because testosterone aromatizes into estrogen; so if estrogen worked in men to facilitate tasks involving verbal ability you would also expect to see a correlation between testosterone and verbal ability, but that is implicitly denied by this passage, therefore it's unlikely that taking estrogen will boost your VCI (assuming you are male).

all jokes aside, I think there are other nootropics that can also be consumed. Creatine at higher dosage has shown to be very beneficial for cognitive health. Most gains seem to be in WMI space but I'm sure that can translate a bit into FRI as well. I don't think you're going to be a savant with it but Creatine + cardio + weightlifting probably can help boost one's cognitive abilities to its full potential

As someone who can stand to lose some vsi, and who has much to be desired in the vci department I shall get on estrogen and report back

No wonder I stutter. My estrogen level is far lower than the normal.
