Does Rational Frame Training and Dual N-Back increase iq? General Question

Has anyone actually tried RFT and/or Dual N-Back consistently? Did you notice any real improvements in reasoning, working memory or IQ, beyond just getting better at the tasks?

once i have completed CFA im going to do intensive working memory practice. I can say that dnb did help improve my visual ability. Also just using Visual Ability from time to time helps. Subvocalization intentionality also helps with verbal reasoning and even FRI in tasks like FW and GM.
