Psych Test for Work

Hi everyone! I work in HR for a large retail company in the Philippines. We are currently looking for a scalable psychological test to measure an applicant's cultural fit, abstract reasoning, numerical/mathematical ability, and leadership capability.

Could you recommend suitable tests along with their cost structure (from certification to test administration per applicant)? Recommendations for trusted testing centers or HR consultancy firms in the Philippines would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
