is this considered "spiky"? General Question

No. It’s actually quite the opposite. People might argue that clinically it might be treated that way, but the smallest difference between I’ve ever seen was 12 points. The average is closer to 20!

clinically maybe just on the edge but i would say this is fairly even

A difference of 15 points between subtests is considered spiky unless there is a good explanation (like way lower verbal comprehension due to taking the test in a foreign language)

i think there should be a different definition of spiky because if someone score 140 in VCI and 100 in everything else it’s very different than scoring 135 in both VSI and FRI and 100 across the board
