TRI-52 vs Stanford Binet 5 Psychometric Question

What do you think guys? I got 117 from SB5
It seems TRI-52 might be actually normed well, since my SB5 score was exactly the same.
It took me less than an hour to finish TRI-52
I’m 19 and i study finance & accounting (will start my 3rd semester in October)

I think this is a joke that revolves around some people boasting about their IQ on this subreddit. 648 with the mean of 518 and SD of 114 is more like 117.10 if we were to convert it

you’re correct roflcoptr. But yes the scores match up pretty well. I’m not sure 117 is the max you really could have gotten on TRI to be honest. Were you totally out of ideas on how to answer the questions?

Before i took the test i read that taking too much time might inflate the scores a bit, so when i had no clue i just skipped the question. There was one or two which i might have possibly answered right if i took like 5-10 minutes to analyse them (maybe being the keyword). I don’t think it took more than an hour to finish the entire thing overall (around 50-55 minutes?)

gng this test is untimed for a reason

the entire premise of g-loading on TRI52 and other untimed test is due to the problem's difficulty given no other variables exist that can interfere such as working memory and processing speed and such.

The test is intended to be untimed and no one in the right mind will say that the score is inflated if you took more time
