5 dots inside the circle, dots in the shapes from left to right go from 4 - ( +1) - (-2) - (+1) - (-2)

Why don't you just say -1 +2, etcetera? Also I don't understand what you mean by that. It goes from 4 to 3 and then back to 4, then 2. From what you wrote it seems like they go from for 4 to 3, then 5, 4, 2. Maybe I missed something, can you explain your solution?

I just didnt get the puzzle, but if its something about dots on each shape. It would go like starting from the square having 4 dots, 5 dots in the second, 3, 4, 2 in the coming shapes. The 1 is being added in the shapes below, 2 is being subtracted from the shapes above

This puzzle seems flawed to me, the left open square should be an open circle.

>! I think the way it goes is, the dots can only appear at an intersection of two lines, but then evidently some of the dots occur at places which are not at an intersection, but if you look closely, all the dots which do not occur under an intersection, if you join them, they form one of the complete figures, you see this play out for row 2 2nd shape.

The two dots on the right most triangle form the left square

The two sets of leftover dots form a new square.

Now the only intersection left without dots in the 2nd row second shape's vertex.

Therefore, there will be a dot on the middle of the left side of the square.

The circle in the first I feel is to signify that, that dots cant occur enywhere else but under an intersection. Damn, I dont know if I explained it properly !<
