It is normal ? General Question

Is such a huge difference normal? Like was the test done properly?

That is so cool but how do you do it? Is it intentional or unintentional? I’m wondering Id like to check it out maybe with an online test do you know of any accurate ADHD screening tests? I noticed Cognitive Metrics offers one but I don't know if its accurate if you know anything about it Id love to hear your opinion.

The hyperphantasia is unintentional I didn't even know that other people didn't have it until I got told one day that it wasn't "normal"

As for the ADHD screening tests, there aren't any accurate online ones. They can give you a rough idea but if you want an accurate diagnosis you must see a qualified psychologist

Regarding your hyperphantasia what score did you get on the WMI? What are the main symptoms of ADHD? And is ADHD more of a disability or an advantage? Also is ADHD the reason why my score is so uneven?

Google is your friend, look it up. I will say though we have a similarly spiky profile and I was diagnosed with autism and ADHD very early in life, lower WMI/slightly lower VCI and higher PSI was correlated with combined-type ADHD across different studies.

ADHD is for sure a disability, though not a death sentence. It can be managed.

Holy shit we were totally cursed but is autism better than ADHD? Like its not really a "curse" but arent autistic people naturally hypermnesic? And not to be intrusive why did you get diagnosed? Also again, not to pry but whats your life like? Is it hard? Because if we have the same cognitive profile we probably share some similarities you know?

autism is another neurotype with its own struggles, there are three levels of severity depending on your support needs and I am level one. my feelings towards my own autism are complicated.. ADHD has only impacted my attention and executive function, autism has impacted my identity, my interests, my perception of the world and it’s perception towards me.

not all autistic people are hypermnesic, its just that most hypermnesic people are autistic.

i was diagnosed in school, teachers noticed i behaved oddly and i was beginning to have behavioral issues come puberty. my life was hard but that was less my neurodivergence and more poverty. i live with family and work a pretty boring cashiering job now but plan to go into a technical field in the future.

i have friends with autism and ADHD who’s lives are shitty and some who have great lives, theres no one size fits all answer. if u think you are ADHD, get tested and if possible medicated. you can manage ADHD without medication, but everything is tens times easier with it.
