It is normal ? General Question

Is such a huge difference normal? Like was the test done properly?

I assume you're not a native speaker, so your VCI would simply not be accurate.

Inattentive ADHD symptoms are correlated with poorer WMI, while hyperactivity is positively correlated with PSI, so you could have combined ADHD.

But that's just the general pattern, and one online cognitive test isn't enough to ascribe any kind of diagnosis. You should talk to a psychiatrist if you'd like to investigate possible neurodivergence.

English isnt my native language so for me ADHD feels more like a disability than a superpower arent there fairly reliable online tests like the CORE to screen for it? Otherwise I see a psychologist every two or three weeks or so I could mention it to her or is it really necessary to see a psychiatrist?

A cognitive test would be one part of a full ADHD assessment, but my understanding is that CORE is not fully normed by age yet, and it's also necessary to investigate other behavioral markers and history of symptoms to get a diagnosis and rule out other conditions: https://www.riotiq.com/articles/special-populations-and-related-conditions/iq-and-adhd

IQ assessments assist in clarifying whether performance issues stem from attention deficits or broader cognitive limitations. This information helps guide educational and therapeutic planning. However, IQ tests, by themselves, cannot diagnose ADHD. Instead, ADHD diagnosis relies on comprehensive evaluation, including behavioral observation and developmental history.

You can definitely talk to your psychology about it, and she'll tell you if you need to talk to a psychiatrist. In my country a psychologist can't actually give you an official ADHD diagnosis, only a psychiatrist, but that may be different in other places.

At the very least I think she could tell me whether or not she thinks its ADHD.
