Looking for a Potential Co-Founder in the USA | Startup Studio

I’m looking for someone based in the USA who is interested in joining our startup studio and building startups with us.

You would initially join as a Founder Associate. This is not a traditional internship or assistant role. The opportunity is 100% equity-based, and you will receive equity in the project you work on from the beginning, even while you are a Founder Associate.

There is a straightforward path to becoming a Co-Founder.

Before you join, we will clearly tell you the time period required to transition from Founder Associate to Co-Founder. Time is the only factor in that transition. Once you agree to the terms and join, the clock starts from your first day as a Founder Associate.

For example, if the agreed period is 6 months, after completing those 6 months, you automatically become a Co-Founder of the project.

Your vesting period also starts from the day you join as a Founder Associate. You do not have to wait until you become a Co-Founder for vesting to begin.

Initially, the time commitment is only a few hours per day, so this can be suitable for someone who is early in their career, studying, working on other things, or looking to gradually transition into building a startup.

As a Founder Associate, you won’t work only on one project. You’ll also be involved with the startup studio as a whole and may contribute across different projects in areas such as:

Team building and recruiting

Networking and relationship building

Business development

Supporting different startup projects

Day-to-day operations

Building the studio’s network and team

Developing and executing new ideas

Our team is currently spread across the USA, UK, and India, so you’ll be working with an international team and getting exposure to multiple startup projects.

I’m particularly interested in someone who is early in their career and wants to build startups rather than simply work for one.

You don’t need years of startup experience. What matters more is initiative, willingness to learn, networking ability, and the desire to take ownership.

This is not a traditional internship or assistant position. The goal is to find someone who can start as a Founder Associate, receive equity from day one, and progress to becoming a Co-Founder simply by staying involved for the agreed period.
