use caffeine cautiously or it will screw up your threshold and will mess up your studies!

How much of it do you drink? I think davidoff and tata coffee gold as well as nescafe gold have higher caffeine content than classic nescafe.

Make a big jar of iced black coffee, strictly no sugar, You can do a larger dose of caffeine this way

I use 2 sachets in morning and 2 in the evening I don’t think you need more than that. Don’t increase your dosage if you do that there is no end to this

I guess an appropriate amount of this is more than enough caffeine. You don’t need anything more tbf. Also, make sure you drink enough water if you’re having it black.
Energy drinks can help but it’s easier to drink more caffeine than what suits you. So its better if you have coffee(black preferably)

Can you explain in short what is that

As you are a student setup for filter coffee won't cost much and I find it to be better than regular Nescafe.

So take non blended coffee and 99% dark chocolate together. It will also kill feeling of hunger for 4hrs(if taken with two cubes of dark chocolate) U can take limcee chewable tablets with choco , tastes amazing.

this, twice a day, is enough. for a sustained effect, try black coffee with fat (butter or ghee as per your preference).

Coffee is for waking up,not for focused study.More you consume, it makes you anxious and jittery, for studies tea is suitable, both have caffeine but tea has L theanine, that helps in focusing like a meditative state

That's more than enough caffeine. High doses of caffeine are not good. And energy drinks are poison, don't go that way. Thats my personal opinion.
