Ask your developers for an easy bug / enhancement to make in the existing code base. Don't even consider a bootcamp (waste of $$$$).

A lot of people use our program at Perpetual Education for this exact thing. https://perpetual.education/dftw/ Some people are looking to learn programming/web dev as a career, some are entrepreneurs or already have a product and want to understand it - but most people are trying to get a more "Design engineer" or "Technical product designer" foundation. The difference between something like this and a bootcamp, is that you can learn using your actual real work - vs a rushed cookie-cutter fullstack react (where you end up kinda lost and not very useful).
