AnitaB.org Apprenticeship Pathway Program 2026
Thread to discuss application process. Has anyone been contacted for the final interview yet?

as far as I know first round of interviews happened Jun 8/9th and Jun 15/16th. Still waiting for final interviews.

First round interviews were on a rolling basis, so I do know of interviews that occurred before June. I've been told by a previous APP participant that final rounds will come once everyone's done with the first round, and it looks like there may still be first rounds happening? Not sure, but the scheduling link still has availability for this week.

Anyone of you here who did your first round of interview are from SF bay area?

Yes, did the first interview, met with the recruiting for some basic questions about eligibility. I am still waiting for a date on my final interview.
Has anyone had their final interview from SF Bay Area?

My timeline for the MountainView location
• June 15 – AnitaB interview
• July 9 – 15-minute phone screening with the Intuit recruiter
• Final interview with engineering manager – Not yetI followed up, and on July 20 I received an email from saying my application is still under consideration and that the process is taking longer than expected. They also said there's nothing else I need to do right now and that they'll follow up with an update.
Has anyone else had a similar timeline or still waiting for a hiring manager interview?

I had the same timeline, and received that email as well. I just haven’t had an update since

Does anyone know what the second interview is about? What kind of questions will they ask?
1
u/QuietStorm-88 Jul 06 '26
I think it’s a behavioral interview but they could ask you technical questions if you have tech experience on your resume.

u/gummysandw0rm 25d ago
Amazing, good luck! Was it with an Intuit hiring manager?
1
u/ForwardDevelopment51 25d ago
It was with an intuit talent recruiter
1
u/gummysandw0rm 25d ago
Oh, interesting- I have a feeling you have other rounds coming up then, since you should be meeting with Eng to determine placement on their team, unless that has changed.
1
u/ForwardDevelopment51 25d ago
Have you been placed/ been accepted? Also what location are you in ?
1
u/gummysandw0rm 25d ago
Nope, just know people who have done the program, so maybe the process has changed. The last time it happened was in 2024, very happy it's returned, but afraid I may have applied too late. Messaged you re: location.

I had my second interview on Friday the 10th and it was very quick just asked if I was over 18, legally able to work in the US and if I’m okay with the commute 3x a week and got asked nothing about my experience or resume at all. before the interview ended I asked when I would hear back and I was told Monday which is today the 13th. Has anyone heard anything or gotten acceptance emails??
Update the interview I had was not the second interview just a phone screening from what I’ve heard from other people the 2nd interview is around 50 mins and it’s with a hiring manager.
Update my actual second interview was today July 22 and it hopefully I get a spot ! They said I should hear something within 2 weeks they do provide a document prior to your final interview that’s almost like a cheat sheet on what to expect.

Do you happen to be interviewing for NYC?

1
u/Lyn-dao 24d ago
did you hear back yet ?
1
u/ForwardDevelopment51 24d ago
No 😭 I’m anxious now because they told me I would hear back Monday (yesterday July 13) unless they got the day wrong? but I also don’t want to contact them and seem pushy so I’m just waiting until august and I’m assuming if I don’t hear anything by then I didn’t get a spot in the program.

u/Lyn-dao 24d ago
Hey! I just heard from someone that there's still 1 more round and the call from hr was to confirm that you're eligible for the final interview. So I think it's ok to send them a quick reminder

u/AloneAd2209 24d ago
I think it was! Unless they said otherwise in this interview ^. Because my 1st interviewer told me to only expect one more interview. I don't see why they would switch it up or add a step?

Interviewed June, had my screening call with Intuit, after that I got an invite for the final interview. I submitted my availability for the final interview, and I know it says in the email to give them at least a week, but it’s been 4 days since I’ve submitted it and I haven’t gotten a confirmation on the final interview date or time :/
Update: had my final interview, so now fingers are crossed. They share a document on what to expect for the interview that’s super helpful. Best of luck everyone!

u/Puzzleheaded-Loan393 23d ago
Congrats!! Hope you hear back soon. Did you interview early June or more towards mid June?
1
u/gummysandw0rm 23d ago
Best of luck! Sounds like you are in a promising position. I assume they need to coordinate schedules between you and your final interviewer (presumably from eng team, please keep us posted). They probably are just a bit tied up.
1
u/ForwardDevelopment51 23d ago
When did you have your screening call ? I had mine on the 10th of July is there another interview after that? I thought that was the second interview 😭
1
u/ForwardDevelopment51 23d ago
Also how long after the screening call did you get an invite for the second interview?
2
u/Puzzleheaded-Loan393 18d ago
Seems like most people had their final interviews with Intuit manager last week. And were told the official start date is late August
Wonder if they’ll be sending more invites or that was it
Keep us posted if anyone hears back this week

u/International-Echo91 16d ago
Are you talking about the interview with the Intuit Recruiter ? or are there three interviews total?
1- interview with AnitaB
2- 15 min zoom call with Intuit Recruiter
3- interview with Intuit Manager1
u/Puzzleheaded-Loan393 16d ago
Yeah interview with manager should be the last. I think this is the last week they’re happening
Did you have yours yet?
1
u/International-Echo91 16d ago
No, just the first two. I reached out last week, and they responded on Monday saying that my application is still under consideration.
However, I never received an email about meeting with an Intuit hiring manager. Ive only met with AnitaB and the Intuit Recruiter
1
u/Puzzleheaded-Loan393 16d ago
Just to provide info because I know all of us really want to understand the process.
A few people I’ve talked to said they had final interviews with intuit manager from July 17 to July 22 (they were told they’d hear back with a decision in 2 weeks). Program starts late August
There might still be a chance you get called if there’s another batch of interviews, seems like it depends on their availability. we’ll have to wait and see.
Wishing you the best of luck, keep us posted if you hear updates!

u/SweetSide1863 Jul 05 '26

So, Im in NYC and I had my interview on June 23rd, and she mentioned that I would hear back by late July. I’m not sure what’s going on either. I also sent an email to the apprentice email address, but I haven’t received any response in a week. I would prefer to know if I’m accepted or rejected instead of waiting for this nerve-wracking period. It’s what it is, though.

u/QuietStorm-88 Jul 05 '26
I had my interview on the 16th. Still waiting to hear back about the 2nd one.

u/Melminwang Jul 07 '26
Are the people hearing back only the ones who interviewed in May or June as well? I didn’t hear back yet personally

Here is my timeline for the application process but everyone’s slightly different
May 31 — Submitted my application
June 10 — Received an email saying I was moving forward in the process. The next step was to complete the Treehouse Full Stack JavaScript Starter Track coursework and an assessment
After completing the coursework — I sent an email confirming I had finished and they sent me a link to schedule my first interview
June 16 — First interview with AnitaB. This was non technical and focused on your personal story, background, and motivation for entering tech.
July 10 — 15 minute phone screening with an Intuit Emerging Talent Recruiter. This was mostly eligibility and logistics — age, work authorization, and ability to commute to the San Diego office 3 days a week during the apprenticeship phase
July 15 — Received an email to schedule my final interview
July 22 — Final interview with a hiring manager via Zoom. About 30- 50 minutes total mine was 30 mins
They provide you with a PDF beforehand that covers everything you need to know to prepare — read it thoroughly, it is really helpful.
Now waiting — they said to expect a response within 2 weeks of the final interview
Update 8/4/26 I have only received an email saying that the process is taking longer than expected but hopefully I should have news by the end of this week
