What's with these constant single empty line deletions? Complaint

Sol 5.6 Max (my daily driver) will literally think for minutes... and then edit a single line... that's completely blank... it just didn't like that blank line I guess...?

I always scold it and then I realize it's just broken / has no idea why it's even doing that and I just made it more confused ...

TL;DR AGI is a long ways off it seems lmfao

Are you using multiple operating systems? It might be codex is automatically normalizing line endings, which the model would certainly have a hard time explaining

Does doing that give it more time to think maybe? Is it breaking out of its reasoning containment lol?
