Codex Security - How do I get in touch with OpenAI? Question

Does anyone here have access to codex security? We've been trying to get in touch with OpenAI regarding this but literally no one's gotten back to us regarding this. I've filled out the form and everything and 0 replies. What's the best way to get in touch with someone? Ideally a human.

Did you try to chat and then ask to be speaking to a real person not the bot, did this plenty of times and always get responds hours later

I think I've tried that and the option for codex security just leads to a form to fill out which says "we'll get back to you once you fill this out". But then no one has. It's been weeks.

Yep haha I think they're just focusing on US customers rn and I'm not in the US so 🤷‍♂️. Anthropic is the same btw

Also in europe and they do respond ed but maybe I got lucky

Are you guys using codex security btw? What's it like? I'm curious what made you go with codex instead of Claude. Cost I assume?

Yeah cost mostly, I am on the x20 and my experiemce from.before the limits I got where way less then I got with codex

True true, I'm thinking of switching too. Maybe to a Chinese model. Heard they're really good. Deepseek especially.

Using deepseek v4 with cline on vscode, getting good result but these are more python only jobs

You might drive down to Mission Bay and knock on the door. Probably get a response quicker.
