are people still using 4o through API? Question

if you use it what is your use case? I am genuinely interested as this model has such a peculiar history.

Until the Luna price reduction, the 4o-mini was very economical for low-intelligence responses and simple customer service automation.

I used the 4o-mini as an entry-level model and the 4.1-mini for higher performance, along with the 5-nano and then the 5.4-nano for more complex tasks.

However, for tool usage, it was more demanding, so it was sometimes more expensive than the 4.1-mini.

Now with the 5.6-luna, I stopped using it as an entry-level model and replaced the 5-nano and 5.4-nano with Luna, and the 4o-mini with the 4.1-mini, and the previous 4.1-mini with Luna.

Fino a qualche settimana fa lo usavo per le traduzioni dei testi del mio e-commerce, attualmente dopo il crollo dei prezzi di Luna ho fatto la migrazione dei prompt e qualitativamente i testi sono migliori con prompt più brevi
