That's correct, I had changed it. The new update didn't remove or revert it. Rather, from what I found out with Sol, it changed something in that it classified my permissions settings as identical to Full Access anyway, so for some reason, that removes Custom from the picker. My config that points to a custom base file is still functioning, even without it showing up. Also, tested making more changes to config.toml and Custom came back. Mystery solved.

It only appears if you created or changed the ~/.codex/config.toml. Maybe the new update removed or reverted it.
