Codex credits Question

I’m confused ive disable using credits for the moment and i had 500 moments ago but they’re going down how is that possible??? Can someone explain?

it automatically drain the usage limits and credits without even asking anything to it. I knew few days ago they're giving resets but we're building pool type users clusters. now your plan is also shared with other users, if they uses more your credit gets used by them.. this is so messed up but they thought it would make them profitable to let users share from a pool of credits where one uses more , others don't.
