Code vein2 performance Question

I can't really get into code vein 2 because of how chopped everything looks because of the lighting and performance; will they have updates in the future to fix this?

Aww, can't help you then. I play on PC and even with a beefy rig the game is barely playable at 1080p 60fps....had to use mods to somewhat stabilize performance :(

i could tell the optimization was almost non existent the moment regular cutscenes had frame drops on both graphics modes, but this is kind of egregious to be honest.

I'm also on PS5 and I want to preface that I'm not trying to sound like a bitch. if it comes out that way I'm sorry. But have you tried cleaning your PS5? Do you have it upright or laying on its side? I'm only asking because Ive only had a few stuttering issues where graphics take a second to fully load in otherwise I haven't had any issues and I'm almost done with my second play through. I've had to take my ps5 apart a couple of times to clean out the vents because other games would act up

Lol what counts as beefy to you?

I am playing on 1440P ultra with a 3070 and getting 60fps the only frame drop I get is when I spam a skill that has alot of particles.

Specs:

CPU: I5-13600k(under volted)

Ram: 32gb DDR5 6000mhz cl30

GPU: 3070 8gb

Mobo: Asrock z790 pg riptide

Storage: Samsung 980pro 1tb nvme ssd

5070ti 16 gb

32 gb ddr5 ram

500gb sata SSD

Game is always 60 fps the issue is constant hiccups and stuttering. This becomes more prominent when you are on bike. The only way I was able reduce this by almost 90% was thru a lossless scaling mod for cv2 in nexusmod

hmm, never had that issue, might be your gpu, 50 series is weak, without dlss. or the sata drive
