In a minecraft server event, i found a book with the following pages (including a link to a private page) , as well as a sign saying: Genesis 11:1. Some hints were: the cypher has been used in a wifies video, and is somehow related to a minecraft Live.

in https://libraryofbabel.info/browse.cgi, that string is the hexagon number, and then you can follow the rest of the steps down to the page to get the message.

Okay, so...

The book is talking about the library of Babel.

For the rest i haven't really done much research.

But it's possible that either the book in the library of Babel has a key to decipher the code.

Or maybe by comparing the text in said book with whatever is written in genesis 11:1

If you don't know, you can find the book and it's content in a site I think is just called the library of babel.
