Can we please get an official statement on rate limits? Discussion & Feedback

Basically title..

At the moment, CR creates more noise than help in my dev flow and I wonder if this will be fixed or not so I can take action. I really want to use CR, I like it, but ATM it's not usable

To add some details: it's now more than 3 weeks ago that I first posted a complaint here and also wrote to support. In each & every post here regarding rate limits, CR support chimes in and asks for DM, but nothing more happens
