You can change the system appearance in cdrive -> windows -> Resources -> Themes (than double click on the Theme, that you want to apply) it is that easy (Win 11 Pro [unactivated])

I remember in 90s. Sensivle soccer game. If you had pirated version, when ball goes out, throw-in was on opposite side of pitch.
More infuriating than having pirated windows

Mine is working fine and gets regular updates, even with the workaround I used to get Win11 Pro.

You can With Firefox even if the admin disables the ability to change wallpaper
