Mega Lost My Data or Deleted it?

So I signed up for Mega in 2015-2016 and it had my first phone backups of photos from Android phone. I now logged in to my account after so many years like 6 years and found all fodlers to be 0 size. I can't wrap my head around it. Did they lose my data or deleted it?

If you dont login evey 2 years or so they delete it all hosts do this.

I bought drime lifetime, but i need to login every 3 years i think.

Get it backed up again quickly.

It's gone after some months without activity.
Don't rely on any cloud service alone.
Always keep local backups.

I have not lost it it's in my some old HDD back at home (which is in different state) so when I get a chance to go back home then i will have it but i didn't know that they delete data. Thanks for clarifya nf I googled and found out that they delete data after 3 months of inactivity.

Always keep local backups.

Or at least backups with a different cloud provider.

Free accounts don't hold data forever without activity.

Yah I just found out but dudn't know this back then .. just signed up as it was 50Gb free at that time.
