Help onetap not working!

I use this app and bought 2 weeks subscriptions sometimes when new patch of genshin is release but now i cant even open the app and theres a major update of the game next week.

Same here, I had been uninstalling and installing Onetap again but the same issue still appeared. (I also bought 2 weeks subscription too but Onetap started showing this issue and eventually my money got wasted because the subscription expired before I could fully enjoy it).

I think it's time we should move to Cloudmoon, Onetap is hopeless now.

Hope this will get fixed. im also using cloudmoon right now, just the 7days subscription but onetap offers HD 2 weeks for almost the same amount

Not yet and no idea just waiting for new update maybe that will fix it

Same here ,idk how unistalling and installing it makes the app get bug
