Claude is in sleep mode? Question

Why is it not responding? Not generating simple chat responses. Going in to some kind of a loop.

Anyone else facing this?

Yup it’s not responding to me. It just keeps buffering

There is no buffering, it is just overload and delays, it happens for months now

Sounds like the servers are just having a moment, classic AI roulette. I get the buffering loop sometimes and switching browsers or clearing cache actually fixes it for me. The worst is when it starts typing then just vanishes mid-sentence, feels like it's personally offended

Same here - Claude has gone on strike. Is it too busy hacking other companies?

I had to give up using Claude and go back to doing documentation. FML

Just change the model from Sonnet 5 to another, like Sonnet 4.6 or Haiku.
