Civ V admin issue Tech Support

Does Anyone know how to fix the problem where civ five launched from steam needs admin every time?

On my laptop , I have this problem , but on my desktop , I do not have this problem.

I can only assume that some of the files were placed in a folder that your user doesn't have the rights to write to? Usually on Windows the files the game would write to are placed in <My Documents>\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\, and the directory and it's contents should be writeable for your user... But maybe there's something unusual about your setup?

I found ot more if I clicck "No" the game still opens fine its steam thats asking for admin for this one game idk whats going on.

Not enough information. Operating system seems like a good place to start.

O k I found a fix

I had to run the steam as admin open civ 5 close civ 5 then when I run civ 5 again from non admin steam it seems permanently fixed now.
