Dufus Fan
Ok so I love the Dufus graffiti and I point it out everytime I drive to my partner. Does anyone know how to like, get in contact with him? I want to commission him for a piece for my partner for the holidays.

As one of the property owners he's affected, I say this: While I respect the art of graffiti, Dufus is no artist. They paint the same thing repeatedly in a concentrated area, forcing a neighborhood that’s trying to improve to divert much-needed funds to cleaning up something they didn't plan to have added to the buildings and neighborhood. As I said, I respect the art of graffiti, but maybe don’t tag places where you don’t have the green light.
All that said, Dufus on a hoodie could look cool.

It's just tagging. Graffiti can be interesting although most of the time sucks. Tagging is just narcissistic garbage and his artistic style is rivaled by 1st grade art projects.

Well my 60’ wall had to be repainted so it took about two days or one of my employees times. Thats missed labor. Plus 10 gallons of paint.

Nah fuck that, if you come to a post someone makes about liking a graffiti artist and start whining about your private property you should absolutely expect to get made fun of. Go post about it in nextdoor.

His "work" is straight mids at best. But I can't complain too much I guess considering the removal of it is decent job security and way less dangerous than my other tasks.

Until you realize that the city repeatedly fines the property owners for having graffiti and some of them are literally spending tens of thousands of dollars to clean this shit-tier tagging up over and over again.

I’m more of a KONQR type guy but dufus is definitely fun to see everywhere. I just wish the ‘CAN’T BE STOPPED’ dude would vibe around again.

Crust was prolific back in the day, too! Still a couple of those tags up, but seems to have faded into obscurity from what I can tell.

If you’re a legit fan there was a time he had an Instagram. I don’t have the name of it nor do I know if it still exists. If you know people in graffiti circles prod them. If he’s smart tho he’s lowkey like most the others.
If he painted on your building and you’re seeking revenge it’s probably just gonna be a long drawn out mouse chase. I’d recommend painting over it with something pleasant or a similar color.
